Yes, all reviews are posted directly to your book listings by our reviewers.
If I cancel, what happens to my reviews and snaps?
If you cancel your membership or free trial, your reviews will remain on Amazon.com. We'll keep a record of your earned snaps so that should you decide to return to Pubby in the future, they'll be waiting for you!
Do you have a free trial?
Yes, all membership plans start with a 10-day free trial. You can cancel at any time on the 'Account Settings' page within the first 10 days to avoid any payment. You will retain the Amazon.com book reviews received during your trial forever.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 72 hours of your most recent payment, no questions asked. Send us an email at support@pubby.co to receive a refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription is easy to do at any time through our website and does not require contacting support. You can click 'Account Settings' once logged in, then click 'Cancel Subscription' on the 'Settings' page.
